Applied Ceramic Labeling

ACL (Applied Ceramic Labeling) is a process where different kinds of paints including precious metals, metallic, ceramics and more are screen printed onto glass bottles to create artistic, unusual and unique labels. Once the paint has been applied, the bottles are fired through the Lehr, which is essentially a 150 ft. long kiln baking the paint onto the glass. The result is a permanent bonded label which is scratch and water resistant. The finished product is unique and sure to stand out on any shelf.
